We handle hotel cancellations on your behalf. The following terms apply:

Cancellations through June 15, 2025: Eligible for a hotel refund, minus a 10% administrative fee and a €125 non-refundable course fee to cover processing and course-related costs.
Cancellations after June 15, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
Date changes: If you need to adjust your hotel stay dates, please inform us, and we will contact the hotel. Changes are subject to hotel availability and do not guarantee a refund.
