Rates and Registration

In-person registration includes access to the summer course at Virkenna Hall, Epirus Palace, in Ioannina, Greece, with optional hotel packages at Epirus Palace.

Online registration includes access to talk sessions only.

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations through June 1, 2025, a refund of 75% of the fee will be issued.

For cancellations between June 1 and June 30, 2025, a refund of 50% of the fee will be issued.

For cancellations after June 30, 2025, no refund will be issued.

Registrations may be transferred to someone else; if you need to do this, please contact us at info@learningideasconf.org for details.
